How long does it take for the call recordings to be available on the customer portal ?

Moitele automatically records your calls and makes them available in your dashboard.However, it’s important to note that call recordings are not available immediately after the call ends.

Why Aren’t Recordings Available Instantly?
To ensure high-quality, secure storage and processing of your call recordings, there is a processing period of approximately 10 to 20 minutes after the call ends.
The delay may vary based on:
  1. System load during peak hours
  2. Call duration and size
  3. Concurrent call activity in your account
  4. Cache on your computer
What to Expect?
  1. After a call ends, the recording enters a processing queue to convert raw format to compressed .mp3 format
  2. During non-peak hours, recordings may be available in less than 10 minutes.
  3. During peak hours, it may take up to 20 minutes.
  4. You will see the recordings appear in your 'Calls' section once it's fully processed.
  5. If one tries to access the recordings before they are synced, the cache might interrupt the access.
Helpful Tip
If you still don’t see the recording after 30 minutes:
  1. Try refreshing your dashboard.
  2. Try downloading via other possible options
  3. Ensure your filters or date range are set correctly.
