Calls failed with code 221
Call status code 221 indicates that agent/employee is making more number of calls than allowed. It could happen due to various reasons. For example -
- An employee is allowed to make only one call. His account is used by another agent at the same time. Then the second call will fail with status code 221. In this case, we recommend not to use the same account for multiple employees.
- A call that has already ended was somehow not updated on server and the serve assumes the new call as a second call. The the new call will fail with status code 221. In this case, it is a server level issue.
