Can we get a flat pricing per agent or user?
Yes, we offer a variety of pricing to our customers. We have noticed that Pay as you go has been the most popular billing method among our customers. In pay as you go mode, customer pays us in advance. The payment is reflected as balance in his account. As and when the customer makes a call, we deduct an amount equivalent to the consumption depending on the destination dialled and time answered.
Other possible pricing options are -
- Per user pricing - We bill our customer a flat price for every agent/sub user.
- Minutes package - We could also bill our customers when they have a bulk requirement towards a destination. For example, a customer may want to consume 100,000 minutes to USA
