Moitele's cloud telephony service is accessible through standard SIP protocol. All the softphone apps, IP phones, and devices using the standard SIP protocol are compatible with Moitele.
To configure your Eyebeam softphones, follow the steps below.
1. Open your Eyebeam softphone.
2. Right-click on the Eyebeam softphone, and go to "SIP Account Settings"
3. Click on the Add button to enter the details.
Note: This configuration has to be done only one time.
4. Enter the required information.
- Display Name: This field is optional. You can enter your full name or employee id or some identifier that helps you track the performance.
- User Name & Passowrd : Username is the SIP username. These is available from your IT admin. Details are in the customer portal under 'Agents/DIDs'
- Authorization User Name: You can safely ignore this field. Just leave it blank
- SIP Domain: s - e - c - a - s - t.moitele.com (Remove "space" and "-" for the sip domain name)
5. DO NOT SELECT “Register with domain and receive incoming calls”. Leave it unselected (as long as you don't want to receive incoming calls)
6. Click “OK/Apply” to register Eyebeam.
