We recommend our customer to follow the standard E164 format for dialling the international phone numbers. Any international phone number should be dialled as follows -
- <country code><aread code><phone number> - This is the standard format for the landline/fixed network phone numbers. For example: 91-11-12345678 Here, 91 is the country code, 11 is the area code for Delhi, 12345678 is the phone number
- <country code><network operator code><phone number> - This the standard format for the mobile network phone numbers. For example: 358-44-1234567 Here, 358 is the country code, 44 is the mobile network code and 9183169 is the phone number
Other possible ways to dial an international phone number -
- prefix the phone number with +. For example +911112345678
- prefix the phone number with 00. For example 00911112345678
