How can I download call recordings?

Follow these quick and easy steps to generate downloads for call recordings.
  1. Go to 'Calls' page and filter the data you wish to download. You can filter the data by Number, Date, Call status, Call type, Caller ID, Display name and Agent name.
  2. In the 'Call list', the right has a button to 'Download result'. Click it.
  3. You should see a pop-up window with summary of the download request. 
  4. You have two options: 'Download CSV' and 'Download Recordings'. Click 'Download Recordings'.
  5. Now visit 'Downloads' section in the customer portal. 
  6. You should see you recently generated download in 'Download Queue'. You should now be able to download your data. 
  1. Downloads are only available 4 hours at any given time. 
  2. You can download data only for the span of 24 hours.
