How can I download call recordings?

Follow these quick and easy steps to generate downloads for call recordings.
1. Go to 'Calls' page and filter the data you wish to download. You can filter the data by Number, Date, Call status, Call type, Caller ID, Display name and Agent name and click on apply.

2. The call recordings can be downloaded in different ways.
a. Click on three dots and select download option.



b. Direct download button next to the call recording.


c. Click on EasyQA button and download option.




d. Check all the call recordings, click on download result and select the suitable choice which you need.




NOTE: 
  1. Downloads are only available 4 hours at any given time. 
  2. You can download data only for the span of 24 hours.
