How can I select data to be displayed in PUBLIC URL?

In PUBLIC URL, you can view real time analytics and reports on your business operations. 

  1. Go to PUBLIC URL on the softphone portal. 
  2. Choose which graphs you wish to be displayed. 
  3. Always click 'SAVE'.
