How does moitele ensure service uptime?

Moitele has been actively reviewing its network regularly to ensure stable uptime. As on today, Moitele has 99.99% uptime for calling services (as on 4th August 2026, check https://status.moitele.com ). One of the major concerns for all telecom operators is the Distributed Denial of Service attacks. Moitele protects its service at multiple levels -

DNS level protection: Moitele uses Premium DNS Service from Namecheap. This Premium DNS using Anycast DNS to server the DNS queries from multiple POPs. This ensures faster resolution and redundancy.
Dedicated network: Moitele uses Packet Accelerator service from Subspace. This service facilitates optimal routing of packets from the traffic originator to our servers on a dedicated network. This secures the traffic from packetloss, congestion offering high quality voice with better MoS/QoS values
DDoS protection: Moitele also utilises the DDoS protection from Subspace which is exclusive for real-time communication service providers like Moitele.
