How to add Campaign data in Moitele Customer Portal?

In the campaigns section of Moitele's customer portal, users can upload EXCEL/CSV sheets. The data can be smoothly edited and formatted according to business needs.

Follow these steps to smoothly upload data to an existing or a new campaign:

1. Login to Moitele user portal at app.moitele.com
2. Navigate to the "Campaigns" section and select the campaign to edit data



3. After selecting the campaign, navigate to "Campaign data". Here, users can upload documents in the CSVformat (EXCEL files coming soon)



4. Click on "Upload" to add CSV files. In field mapping area, choose the field to display "Phone NO"



5. The data has been successfully uploaded and now is editable and ready to make calls and assign agents as required
