How to assign numbers to Do Not Call Registry (DNC) from Moitele softphone?
Inorder to assign a number as DNC, admin has to enable DNC feature in user portal.
Click Here to know how admin can enable DNC feature in the user portal.
Step 1: Once the admin has enable DNC feature in the user portal, login to the Moitele softphone with your credentials.
Step 2: Go to call history
Step 2: Click on add to DNC button near to the number which you want to add as DNC.
Step 3: A confirmation message pops ups, click on Yes.
Step 4: Numbers is marked as DNC from the softphone.
