How to assign phone numbers to a user in a PBX

How to assign phone numbers to a user in a PBX

Admin can assign phone numbers to users from the list of spare numbers. Follow the steps below - 
  1. Login as admin
  2. Go to Users
  3. Click the phone number column for the user of choice
  4. You will see a clickable text 'Add from Spare numbers'. Click it
  5. Upon clicking, you will see a list of spare numbers.
  6. Select a number of your choice and assign it to the user.
This assignment will ONLY allow the incoming calls to the user. This phone number assignment will not add caller ID to the outbound calls.
