How to change agent "Caller ID"?
Moitele's customer portal allows users to edit data within different sections. Users can edit agent information by following these simple steps:
Admin Account Login 2. Admin account allows users to make required changes on accounts
3. Navigate to the "Agent" section
"Agents" section on customer portal 4. In "Agents" section, the pen icon allows users to edit agent information
Editing agent information 5. Clicking on the pen icon allows users to edit user name, password and caller ID. Users can edit the caller ID by entering it in the space under "Caller ID"
Edit caller ID 6. Clicking on "Update" saves the updated information
