How to check the call answering probability in the user portal?

Call Answering Probability refers to the likelihood that the recipient will answer a dialled number.

Step 1: Login to the user portal with your credentials.


Step 2: Click on Tools module and click on Call Answering Probability (CAP)


Step 3: Enter the number you want to check the probability,
            Note: You can copy and paste upto 100 numbers as well.


Step 4: Click on check CAP.


Step 5: The call answering probability will be displayed along with its color code.
              Green: Call answering probability is high
              Orange: Call answering probability is moderate
              Red: Call answering probability is low
              Black: Information unavailable
