How to check the SpamStatus™ of agent’s caller id on Moitele User portal?

Check SpamStatus to monitor your agent’s caller id. so that you can take appropriate actions

In order to check the SpamStatus™

  1. Log-in to your account at the user portal. 



      2. Go to the Agent/DID module.


      3. Click on the spam status button under the spam check section on the agent which you wish to check.


      4. You will be redirected to the spam monitoring tool.


      5. The details about the caller id are displayed.
      6. If the number is marked as spam, it's time to change the agent's caller id.
