Step 1: Login to the user portal as an admin.

Step 2: Click on call's module in the user portal.

Step 3: Click on Call Label

Step 4: Click on Add to create new call label.

Step 5: Enter the new call label.

Step 6: Select the members you want to assign the created call label

Step 7: Click on create.

Step 8: The particular call label will be assigned to member.
