How to delete numbers from Do Not Call Registry (DNC) from the user portal?
Admin are only allowed to remove numbers from the DNC number pool.
Step 1: Login to the user portal as an admin.
Step 2: Navigate to the DNC module.
Step 3: Click on the pen icon for the number pool you have created.
Step 4: If you want to delete all the numbers, click on delete all button.
Step 5: If you want to delete selected numbers, select the numbers and click on selected numbers.
Step 6: Once numbers are removed from the list, click on update button.
