How to download the list of agents in the account from the Moitele User portal?

  1. Log-in to your admin account at the user portal. 



      2. Go to the Agent/DID module.


      3. Click on the download button which is placed near to the Add Agent/PBX connect button.


      4. The exported file is ready for downloading and will be available in the downloads module in the Moitele User portal.


      5. The download data will be available on the portal for 8 hrs from the time of initiating the download.
