How to edit agent status on the customer portal?

This article will guide you and help you set up a new user/ agent in the customer portal. Follow the instructions carefully. 

1. Login to your admin account at app.moitele.com

2. Once you have logged in, navigate to the 'Agent' section of the portal. 

Navigate to 'Agent' section


3. This section will display all agents associated with your account. 

4. To add a new user, select an inactive account.

Select 'Inactive' agent account

5. Next to an inactive account, click the pen icon that allows you to edit user information. 

6. After modifying the credentials, click update.
