How to monitor your Network in Moitele User Portal.

1. Login to the Moitele User Portal by entering your credentials.
2. Clicks on the tools module.


3. Click on my own network.


4. Click on start test.


5. Wait for 30 seconds for system to scan and fetch the results.


6. Your network quality is visible.

  1. If the colour is Green, your network is Very Good.
  2. If the colour is Orange, your network is sufficient, but call drop chances are very high.
  3. If the colour is Red, your network is very bad.
7. If you want to have an expert review about your network, you can click on Get Expert Review and will get back to you shortly.
