How to upload bulk numbers to Do Not Call Registry (DNC) module in the user portal?
Step 1: Login to the user portal as an admin.
Step 2: Navigate to the DNC module.
Step 3: Click on the pen icon on the number pool you have created.
If you have not created a number pool, Click here to know how to create a number pool.
Step 4: Click on browse button and select the file which you want to upload.
Step 5: Click on upload button.
Once the file is selected and Upload is done, it take a couple of seconds for the list to update.
