How to use call label feature in moitele softphone?
Step 1: If you have not created Call label codes, ask your portal admin to create call label code in the user portal.
Step 2: Ask your admin to enable Call Label feature in the settings page.
Click Here to know how the admin can enable Call Label feature.
Step 3: Once the admin enables the Call Label feature in the user portal, login to the moitele softphone.
Step 4: Dial a number.
Step 5: Once the conversation is ended, a screen comes in the softphone asking to select the Agent Call Label.
Step 6: Select the Call Label accordingly.
Step 7: Click on save and close.
Step 8: Wait until the Call Label is saved to the assigned number.
Step 9: Call Label is assigned to that particular number.
