Here is the step-by-step setup instruction for Zoiper Mobile setup -
Note:(step-by-step details below is for the iPhone users)
Step 1: Open your Zoiper app.
Step 2: Go to the settings option
Step 3: Click on the + icon in the top right corner.
Step 4: Click on yes, if you already have an account.
If No, you will have to create an account in the Moitele User Portal and come back here.

Step 5: Click on select a provider.
Step 6: Select moitele.com from the list.
Step 7: Enter the desired information.
- Account name: You can enter a name of your choice. This is your identifier. It can be something like 'Office Phone', 'Personal Phone' or just 'Your name'
- Domain: it will be automatically visible, if not enter "s - e - c - a - s - t.moitele.com" (Remove "space" and "-" for the sip domain name)
- Username: Username is the SIP username. These is available from your IT admin. Details are in the customer portal under 'Agents/DIDs'
- Password: These is available from your IT admin. Details are in the customer portal under 'Agents/DIDs'
- Caller ID: You may ignore this field. Your IT admin will set it on the server.
Step 8: Once after entered the details, click on Register.
Step 9: Once after registration status is OK, you can start using the Zoiper.
Alternatively, you can always use our browser softphone or Windows Desktop app.
Windows Desktop app: Search for Moitele in the Windows Play Store and install it.
