How to use the new Moitele widget for Zoho CRM?

The latest version of Moitele's softphone widget for Zoho CRM offers users a new design that improves user experience significantly. This article will be a guide on using the updated widget. 1. Visit and login to the Zoho CRM account
2. After login, Moitele calling widget will be on the bottom right of the footer toolbar

3. Login using Moitele user credentials and password

4. After login, user can instantly start making calls by clicking on the 'call' icon next the phone number. Please note that you can not type the phone number on the widget. The new header design on the softphone allows the app to fit inside the widget for smooth navigation
