How to view and download agent/pbx analytics reports?
Follow a few simple steps and view and download the employee analytics report.
1. Log-in to your account at the user portal.
2. Go to Reports.
3. Click on Agent/Pbx analytics under the select option.
4. Select the from and to date to display the report.
5. Make sure that the day's difference should be less than or equal to seven.
6. Click on generate report.
7. Click on the download button to download the report.
