1. When you visit the customer portal login page at www.app.moitele.com, you will see the forgot password above the sign in button.




2. Click 'Send Password Reset Link'. You will receive a link in your email shortly. 




3. Click the link sent to your email.


4. You will be directed to the user password reset page. Enter your email and your new password. 



5. Your password has been changes successfully.
