Australian DIDs (phone numbers) have a KYC requirement. Purchase and activation of the phone numbers will be manually processed after the KYC documents are submitted and subjected to approval. The requirements are same for landline, mobile and toll-free numbers.
Australian Toll-free DID End User registration requirements:
For personal identity verification:
* Name, last name
* Contact phone number
* ID number (Anyone from Passport, Adhaar, Driving License, PAN)
* ID photocopy
* Address worldwide (street, building number, postal code, city and country). Any utility bill such as Phone, Electricity, Rent etc dated within 3 months (Passport, Adhaar, Driving License is NOT a valid address proof for International KYC). Name on address proof should match with name on ID document.
For business identity verification:
* Company contact person Name, last name (with ID document - Passport, PAN, Driving License, Adhaar or any other national ID card)
* Contact Person phone number
* Company name
* Company registration number
* Company incorporation certificate copy
* Address worldwide (street, building number, postal code, city and country). Any utility bill such as Phone, Electricity, Rent etc., is needed (not older than 3 months). Name of the company in the registration document should match with document on the utility bill.
