What to do when soft phones are not working?

We do our best to give you the best possible uptime with out soft phones. In case, you ever find that our soft phones are not working, do the following - 

  1. Check if the softphone is working with other username/password combination or not
  2. Check if the softphone is working in another browser (We recommend Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari)
  3. Immediately bring the issue to our notice via any of the following -
    1. Live chat on our customer portal
    2. Raise a ticket by sending a message to support@moitele.com
    3. Give us a call
  4. Please share a screenshot or video of the issue for faster resolution.
