Data is a very important tool for mapping your business goals. Moitele allows you to download and export data.

This article will help you with navigating the Downloads page on our application.

1. In the ‘Downloads’ page you will find a list of generated downloads requested from Calls, Agents, Teams etc.
2. Please remember to add note when you generate a download; it will help you track your downloads. 
3. To learn more about each download click the ‘i’ for information.
   
4. Exported data is available to download for 4 hrs. Files will be deleted after 4hrs.
   
5. If needed, the deleted files could be downloaded again by clicking the 'refresh' icon
