Where can I download exported data?
Data is a very important tool for mapping your business goals. Moitele allows you to download and export data.
This article will help you with navigating the Downloads page on our application.
- In the ‘Downloads’ page you will find a list of generated downloads requested from Calls, Agents, Teams etc.
- Please remember to add note when you generate a download; it will help you track your downloads.
- To learn more about each download click the ‘i’ for information.
- Exported data is available to download for 4 hrs. Files will be deleted after 4hrs.
- If needed, the deleted files could be downloaded again by clicking the 'refresh' icon
