Call recordings are available in our 'Calls' module. Recordings is an optional service activated upon request. Follow the steps below to access the recordings -

1. Click the 'Calls' module in the menu

2. Select the call filters as per your requirement and click 'Apply'

3. All the calls qualifying the filter criterion will be shown as a list below.

4. The calls list has a column 'Recording' with a media player icon

5. Press the icon to hear the recording.
