Where can I find the Moitele softphones?
Moitele softphones are available to all our customers for free. Moitele softphone's are the most advanced soft phones available in the contact center industry.
They are available from the customer portal.
In order to download the softphone follow these steps.
1. Go to the Apps module in the user portal.
2. Choose the desired platform which you wish to use(recommended chrome).
3. Click on download
4. Enter the credentials (agent account credentials)
5. Accept the terms and conditions and login
6. Start dialling the number with country code
