How to use EasyQA™ in the user portal?

EasyQA™ is an efficiency enhancement tool to improve employee performance and customer engagement. EasyQA currently provides voice pitch analysis and call transcriptions.
Here is step to view the EasyQA for the calls you have made.
Step 1: Login to the Portal as an agent/admin.


Step 2: Go to calls module.


Step 3: Select the from and to date where you want to view the numbers.


Step 4: Under visualise audio column, you will find EasyQA highlighted with a blue button, click there


Step 5: You will be able to view the voice pitch analysis and transcription.
