How to view and download employee analytics reports?

Follow a few simple steps and view and download the employee analytics report


1. Log-in to your account at the user portal.


2. Go to Reports.


3. Click on Employee Analytics under the select option.
4. Select the from and to date to display the report.
5. Make sure that the day's difference should be less than or equal to seven.


6. Select the Agent/Pbx filter to display the report for a particular agent.


7. Click on generate report.


8. Click on the download button to download the report.
