Logging into Moitele softphones
Log into customer portal
2. Login to your user account.
3. If you are an agent login using agent account, admin using admin account and team member using the teams account.
4. Navigate to the top panel, and click on "Apps"
5. Once you click on "Apps" click on the chrome vector to visit the browser softphone

6. Use 'agent' login credentials to sign into the softphone. Agent login credentials can be found under the agent section of your user portal.
