Yes, we are always ready with backup solutions for any interruption with any of our soft phones. In case you ever find our soft phones not working, please visit this link. On this page, click 'Softphone' on the left menu (See https://s.moitele.com/7KuPzb96)

Once you see the softphone, use the same credentials as you use on our webphone to login and start calling. 

Alternatively, you may use Zoiper, Xlite, Eyebeam. Please contact us for the SIP settings.
