Where can I manage Agents or PBX connections on the portal ?

List of Agents and PBX connections are accessible from the Agents/DIDs menu on the portal. This module helps you to peform a variety of functions - 
  1. View the list of active/inactive Agent/pbx accounts
  2. Edit/update agents
  3. Activate/Block the agent accountd
  4. Download the list of Agent/PBX accounts
  5. Update the username/passwords/caller IDs of the agents
